Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav announced that on the momentous occasion of Madhya Pradesh’s 70th Foundation Day, the state is set to take a new digital leap towards innovation, transparency, and citizen empowerment. As part of the ‘Abhyuday Madhya Pradesh’ celebrations, the state government will unveil three landmark digital initiatives designed to enhance governance, promote investment, and generate employment.
The first initiative, the ‘MP e-Seva Portal’, will serve as a unified digital platform offering citizens access to all government services in a simple, transparent, and efficient manner. The second, ‘Invest MP 3.0’, will operate as an upgraded single-window system for investors, ensuring faster clearances and a seamless investment experience. The third, the ‘Wash on Wheels’ mobile application, will link youth with self-employment opportunities while revolutionizing urban sanitation through technology-driven service models.
During the ceremony, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav will share insights on the state’s achievements in investment, industrial growth, and employment generation. A special audio-visual presentation titled “The Two-Year Journey” will also be showcased, highlighting Madhya Pradesh’s remarkable progress in investment promotion and development over the past two years.
The state-level celebration of Abhyuday Madhya Pradesh will take place on November 1, 2025, at 11:30 AM at Ravindra Bhavan, Bhopal. The event will not only commemorate seven decades of progress but also symbolize the government’s commitment to sustained growth and innovation.
In a major boost to the state’s aviation connectivity, several key agreements will be signed during the event — including the Ujjain Airport Development Project, Rewa–New Delhi and Rewa–Indore flight routes, and tourism helicopter services across various destinations. These initiatives aim to accelerate industrial, tourism, and regional development in Madhya Pradesh.
Described as a convergence of vision, policy, and commitment, Abhyuday Madhya Pradesh will present a forward-looking blueprint for the state’s holistic growth. Guided by Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s “Viksit Bharat @2047” vision, the state government under CM Dr. Mohan Yadav’s leadership is propelling the mission of ‘Samruddha Madhya Pradesh 2047’, envisioning a prosperous and self-reliant state.
The event will witness the presence of Union Ministers, NITI Aayog officials, industry leaders, and senior state administrators. Dignitaries attending the ceremony include Union Minister of State for Law & Justice Shri Arjun Ram Meghwal, Union Civil Aviation Minister Shri Kinjarapu Ram Mohan Naidu, Deputy Chief Minister Shri Jagdish Deora, NITI Aayog Vice-Chairman Dr. Suman K. Bery, Minister Shri Chaitanya Kumar Kashyap, and Adani Group Managing Director Shri Pranav Adani, along with other prominent guests from Andhra Pradesh and the corporate sector.
The Chief Secretary Shri Anurag Jain will also address the gathering, presenting insights on the state’s development roadmap and future aspirations.
The event will feature the release of the ‘Samruddha Madhya Pradesh @2047 Vision Document’, outlining a long-term strategy for the state’s economic, social, and cultural advancement. The document envisions a modern Madhya Pradesh — one that balances tradition with technology, empowers citizens, enhances ease of living, and creates abundant opportunities for investment and employment.
Ultimately, Abhyuday Madhya Pradesh will stand as a symbol of confidence, innovation, and progress, celebrating not only the state’s glorious past but also its unwavering determination to build a brighter, self-reliant future.
